The real estate world I am creating for my clients and myself requires individual attention.  That’s how I like to be treated.  Shouldn’t you be treated the same way?What makes a great real estate agent? All go to a State approved real estate school and pass a regulated State and National test. Each agent then has a set number of continuing education classes they are required to complete. They all use the same standardized Georgia Real Estate Commission Forms for any transaction regarding property. So, what IS the difference between one agent or another? Is it really all about how many homes sold or is it the quality of any one’s experience throughout the process?

My opinion – it is the level of quality and commitment. I pledge my undivided attention coupled with a willingness and determination to do everything within my power to have a property transaction that represents my client in the most meaningful way. To do this, I will rely on my negotiation, listening and communication skills that I honed over several decades in high level management positions with top Fortune 50 consumer product companies. Additionally, I can put my MBA to good use studying contracts and making sure all details are handled well and in a timely fashion. Multiple transactions occurring simultaneously? No, thank you. My idea of best practice is to focus on one client, one home at a time. That way, I know I put the best of me to work for each client.

If other real estate agents want to be bombarded with phone calls, emails, text messages and so many “deals” going at once – let them.
